Mind and Body Coaching

Somatic life coaching is a body-based approach to healing and personal growth. It recognizes that the body holds memory, emotion, and wisdom — not just the mind.

In our work together, we slow down and listen. We pay attention to sensations, breath, and subtle signals from the body. This allows us to gently uncover patterns, release tension, and reconnect with a sense of safety and inner guidance.

This work can support you through stress, emotional overwhelm, life transitions, or a desire for a deeper connection with yourself and your spiritual path.

There is no forcing or fixing. We follow your pace, your readiness, and your body’s natural intelligence.

Healing Bodywork

Healing bodywork is a hands-on practice that supports the body in releasing tension, stress, and stored experiences.

With my background as a massage therapist since 2008, along with Reiki and somatic awareness, I offer sessions that combine physical touch with energetic and intuitive listening.

Each session is different. Sometimes the work is physical, sometimes more subtle. We follow what your body is asking for.

This work can support relaxation, grounding, emotional release, and a deeper connection with your body.

Ancestral Limpias

I offer limpias as part of a traditional curanderismo practice. Limpias are energetic cleansings that use natural elements such as plants, smoke, eggs, and water to help clear heavy or stagnant energy.

These practices have been part of my life since childhood, passed down through my family and later deepened through training with Mazatec curanderas.

A limpia is simple, gentle, and guided by intuition. It is not about diagnosing or fixing, but about supporting balance — emotionally, spiritually, and energetically.

This work is offered with deep respect for the tradition, the lineage, and each person’s individual process.

Sacred Medicine Preparation and Integration

Working with sacred medicine can open deep experiences — emotionally, physically, and spiritually. Preparation and integration are essential parts of this process.

Before a journey, we create space to clarify intention, build grounding, and support your body and nervous system so you feel more prepared and resourced.

After a journey, integration helps make sense of what arose — emotions, memories, insights, or questions. Without support, these experiences can fade or feel overwhelming. Together, we take time to listen, reflect, and gently bring meaning into your daily life.

My approach to integration is grounded and somatic. We work with the body, not just the mind, allowing the experience to settle in a real and lasting way.
