Journeys inward, connections outward
Discover profound healing, connection, and personal growth through retreats and circles.

Circles, Pilgrimage, and Retreats
I offer small group retreats and pilgrimages as a way to step out of daily life and into a more intentional, grounded experience. These spaces are not about seeking something outside of yourself, but about slowing down, listening, and reconnecting.
My role is to guide and hold the space with care. I bring together elements of somatic awareness, spiritual practice, and respect for the land and the traditions we encounter. Each retreat is approached with humility, allowing space for learning, reflection, and personal experience.
I am especially mindful of the line between appreciation and appropriation. My intention is not to take from these traditions, but to build respectful relationships, to listen, and to support the communities we visit in thoughtful ways.

Oaxaca Pilgrimage
The Oaxaca pilgrimage is an immersive experience into the culture, land, and healing traditions of my native Mexico. We spend time in Oaxaca City and travel into the mountains, including the region of Huautla de Jiménez (Maria Sabina's hometown), where Mazatec traditions are still alive.
This is not a tour, but a pilgrimage. We take time to learn about the history, the people, and the context in which these practices exist. There is space to connect with nature, to meet local healers when appropriate, and to participate in sacred ceremonies and traditional practices with respect and care.
Throughout the journey, I support the group with preparation, integration, and grounding practices. We move slowly, with intention, allowing each person to have their own experience.
The purpose of this work is not to extract or seek something to take home, but to deepen understanding, build respect, and create a meaningful relationship with the place, the people, and the traditions that receive us.

Who benefits from these offerings?
These retreats and circles are for those who feel a call to slow down, to listen, and to understand themselves more deeply.
You may be moving through a life transition, carrying past experiences that need care, or simply feeling the need to reconnect with your body, your spirit, or your path. This work can support emotional release, grounding, and a deeper sense of clarity.
What matters most is a willingness to be present, to reflect, and to approach the process with openness and respect.
These spaces are especially supportive for those who feel drawn to ancestral ways of healing, who are curious about working with the body and spirit, and who value being in a small, intentional group.
There is no right place to be in your journey. You come as you are.
Embrace a renewed sense of self
After a retreat or circle, many people share a sense of feeling more at ease more settled in themselves, with a little more clarity and space inside.
Some notice a softening of anxiety, a better understanding of their emotions, or a deeper connection to who they are. Others leave with simple tools to support themselves in daily life, and a clearer sense of what feels true for them.
Each experience is different. My hope is that you leave feeling more connected, more centered, and a little more supported as you continue on your path.
